Responsibility
Handling everything from invitation lists, scheduling, site preparation, schedule event etc.
Manage all the details of the event for help the committee chairman (team captain) realize his vision with coordinating with other parties for the event.

Duties
  • Estimating attendance numbers
  • Selecting a venue
  • Doing the site walkthrough
  • Creating table seating arrangements
  • Detailing the program of activities
  • Creating a schedule of events, including timing and content
